Hello,

Just tried to click the padlock (near devices tab) to make it public.
An error is displayed with the work "error" in it.

** EDIT **

Managed to take a Print Screen (after several tries) and the message is:
"privacy setting failed, please try again."

** EDIT **

Tried several times before posting this, without any success.

Can CC help me?

I have 4 devices on the one account and i receive the same error when trying to modify the privace settings (padlock)

"privacy setting failed please try again"

interestingly I have a msgbox pop up with "0" and an OK button before the error comes up

Hi,

I have the same issue as the original poster - any ideas how to fix?

Thanks :)

Out of interest, have you transferred over onto the Pachube dashboard? This process causes a permissions issue for the Current Cost dashboard.

Hi,

I have registered a username at Pachube but I have not tried to claim the feed as I read here that this might cause problems with CC dashboard. So I guess the answer is no, I have not transferred over onto Pachube dashboard.

Can you send a private message with your serial number or username at my.currentcost.com and I will take a look.

OK, so it seems that there was a change to the API syntax slightly which caused this to fail. So I have now added a fix and this works again. Thanks all

No, just using the standard my.currentcost.com dashboard.
