This is so True, a few weeks ago I was interested in purchasing a Envir Monitor and Bridge connector, I emailed the currentcost sales team (no answer) I telephoned current cost (no answer) I have bought on since, but I am having problems registering the bridge device and really wonder if I will hear anything from them......

Most companies want to hear when they are not satisfying there customers and you seem to have legitimate grounds for a complaint. There doesn't seem to be an official complaints channel. But you could always try
I am sure one of those would see the complaint was handled by the right person. Or perhaps the right person will handle your problem before the MD gets involved!

Quiet also on their Facebook page with last product post last October about the gas OptiSmart in final beta testing.

I guess that product also has a few problems that still need to be ironed out...

Well i did contact them about upgrading my bridge for multiple channels 3 days later i got a responce ?
