Same here, not getting the email. I have rebooted the router at least twice in the last week and am still not getting the data feed. Is it just me, or is the Bridge reliability getting worse? matchfairy |

The frozen email also now seems to work but it would be nice if it included the friendly name for your bridge for those with more than one. Automan. |

Regarding the offline alert emails, the message broker was being overloaded dealing with these alerts. I made some changes a few weeks ago and this has massively improved the speed and reliability of the alert emails. I'll add the idea regarding the friendly bridge name to the list and look to adjust the email with that information. |

If the message broker is being overloaded then it appears that there must be a problem somewhere else, either with lots of bridges fally over or with the servers that they connect to. Surely the answer is to sort out the bridge problem and not to improve the message alert system. Thats just treating the symptom and not the ailment |

These have not been working for a while now but was wondering now the forum is working again perhaps the notification emails will also? Re the actual email message body, it would be nice if it contained the friendly name of the bridge for those who have more than one so they can quickly tell which one is not working. Automan. |
