Is it possible to monitor two different electricity meters (the import and generation meters on a solar PV installation) using two Optismart devices into a single Envir receiver.
The import meter flashes at 1000 impulses/kWh, the generation meter flashes at 1600 impulses/kWh. Both meters show no flashing, or a solid red LED, when zero or reverse current is detected so the readings should show the import energy and the solar PV energy accurately.
I have read the instructions but cannot see where you would enter the two different, 1000 and 1600, calibration figures.

yes, i'm doing exactly this:

consumption @1600imp/kWh on 9 & 1, generation @ 1000imp/kWh on 8 & 2, outputing via a bridge.

When you assign the OptiSmart data channels you set the meter pulse rate.

Say channel 9 you would set to 1000 (the default) and when you set the other one up use channel 8 for data and set that to 1600.

The channels you set/select for the real time readings should then read correctly.

Automan.
